Just been to Pandy and noticed the parking field is a quagmire! Have a look at the attached photo. Just out of shot to the right of the entrance is a number of sheep feeders that block access to the field to the right of the gate........

Reech

That does look bad.If the farmer feeds them by the gate, then the ground will get trod up, are they his sheep? or has he rented the grazing out to someone else?the site liaison person from our club should have a word, we pay to park in there and its obvious we cant use it, funny thing is if we made a mess with our vehicles churning the ground up i am sure we would be in trouble.any way I best stop ranting I have a problem with farmers I think Im allergic to them .

In the spring the field will have recovered - but our relationship with the farmer won't have if we go in and churn it up further. No point in antagonising him- we've got far more to lose. The sheep have got to go somewhere where they can be kept an eye on when the hill is covered in snow

Might be worth seeing if he has an alternative field we could use - and laying off this one until its dried out.
